The Advanced Management Programme adds to the Instituto de Empresa portfolio of training programmes for top-level directors Instituto de Empresa is to launch its Advanced Management Programme (AMP) in the coming month of October. Aimed at top-level management, the new programme will combine three modules of presential training with two online periods, all of which will be carried out in English. The AMP is aimed at senior directors interested in enhancing their personal skills in order to implement change and innovation strategies in their companies.

This is an innovative programme, aimed at consolidating participants’ management and leadership skills, decisionmaking capacities, and ability to work in multicultural or virtual environments. Furthermore, given the blended structure of the programme with presential and online training, the programme is designed to attract directors with exactly the right profile, irrespective of their place of work.

The AMP serves to broaden the range of top-level management programmes at Instituto de Empresa, taking its place alongside the existing Senior Management Programme (SMP).
